Founded in 1980 by Danelle Dann, 'The Interlangue Group Inc.' along with a specialised branch, "Danelle Dann International, Inc.' referred to as 'Interlangue' on this entire website, have geared their efforts toward executive search for the foreign banking community doing business in the U.S., and as of 2008, in  Europe.

Of European descent and educated in Europe, Danelle was able to afford this effort a higher degree of specificity, which has  always been a requirement of the international banks conducting business in New York or in their home countries.

Having placed the emphasis on Corporate Finance and Treasury from the start,  'Interlangue' [referencing both firms] has been able to  continue a steadfast march alongside their client base for the last thirty years or more.

Not drawing a distinction between 'client' and 'candidate', 'Interlangue' has weathered a multitude of storms: the market conditions of 1987, the Gulf War, 9/11/2001, the various corporate scandals following 9/11,the Iraq War, and,  most recently the 2008 near-collapse of the financial market (followed by its own new financial irregularities) to the current status.

Having endured so many crises, we thought we were fully prepared: August of 2011 surprised us (to the extent that this market can still be surprising in any way) although it proved to be  an extraordinary month overall in the context of last year, to be outdone only now, with the Dow Jones reaching the all important 12,700 point mark, not seen since this crisis began.

Some other news have registered themselves on our Interlangue seismograph:

^in the last few months we have bben involved in assignments that place their focus on theoretical issues of Treasury and are conducted by European or joint US/EU research institutes. After thirty years of looking only at the practical aspects of trading, this is a much welcome addition to our corporate portfolio.

^on a separate note, we are delighted to welcome a few graduate students working on their PhD theses  who chose to have their internships with us. We are deeply honoured and have welcomed them wholeheartedly in Geneva.

The current survey (2010-2011) is no longer available on line. In the future all compensation issues (i.e salary surveys) will be accessible only directly.

Furthermore, given the confidential information this office is priviledged with, we are unable to participate in any of the social networks ( such as facebook , twitter, et al.)
